So, it's been well over four months since the last post on Penultimate Boss and a simple 'hiatus' notice at this point would be a bit silly. I'm not about to say 'real life got in the way' or anything like that - I simply got burnt out on blogging and I still am so any posts these last few months would have just felt more like a chore than anything else and would have likely suffered as a result. This is not to say that Penultimate Boss as a blog is dead (nor is it a guarantee that it will one day revive), but it will likely not be seeing any more updates from me for a few more months other than some spam-bot post removal.
However, that being said this by no means means I have disappeared from the Internet. I have continued to post boss fights and general gameplay videos on my YouTube channel and each video's description also contains a lengthy paragraph at the end talking about the respective game as a whole to somewhat make up for the lack of articles over here. So, if you want more of my brand of wordy gameplay analysis and some obscure freeware recommendations fear not, as there is plenty of it available on my YouTube channel and likely plenty more to come (those whom have stumbled across this site and don't feel like reading through a bunch of old blog posts are welcome too I suppose).
